Zips Car Wash

Amazing place with phenomenal service! Associates are pleasant, personable and professional. Came through on a Thursday at lunch and was in and out in no time. Definitely recommend!

I’ve got to give a huge shoutout to Messiah, the manager at Zips Car Wash. In a world where great customer service feels harder and harder to come by, this guy absolutely stands out. From the moment I walked in, he treated me like more than just another customer. He was genuine, personable, and made me feel like family. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people who come through the door and takes pride in what he does. That kind of attitude is contagious, and it’s exactly the type of person you want representing a business. The car wash itself was great, but the interaction with Messiah is what really made the experience memorable. Employees like him are the reason people become loyal customers. Because of the way I was treated, Zips has earned my business moving forward for all of my car cleaning needs. If management sees this, Messiah deserves some recognition. He’s an incredible representative of the company, and he’s the kind of employee who keeps customers coming back.

Took a star off because my car wouldn't fit but other than that Monte accommodated A+++ for the customer service. Just make the wash more universal for other vehicles

I used to love how convenient this location is and how quickly you can get in and out. Unfortunately now they don’t allow customers to browse wash options or choose their own from the console - a worker runs up to your call and does it all on an iPad and you they don’t even show you purchase options or a receipt before paying. They push a membership but who in their right mind is busying this with such poor service.

50/50 chance they’ll be open. I often go during my lunch breaks during the week (around 1, like today) and I can easily say half the time they have the lanes blocked off and are shut down. Only 1/3 of the vacuums work. Monthly subscription is comparable to much nicer ones in the area. I appreciate how many locations they have across the state and surrounding states, but they are all starting to become rundown. No more wasted trips, switching to another car wash.
